This really is the great escape. I just hope no lecturer reads this.

I HATE phone alarms. Woke up at 6.45a.m. when work starts in 15 minutes! I quickly got ready and paid a hefty 15 dollars cab ride to IMH. A look at the watch it says 7.35a.m. at the lobby to the ward. You see, about IMH, you have to get through 3 locked doors with a staff card to enter the ward. Haha, here's where things got effing interesting. An NYP lecturer was at the reception facing the entrance to the ward.

I panicked. He had never been to my ward in the morning. NEVER. I Quickly called my awesome friend Phyr who got the door opened with another cool staff. And without the lecturer looking, I ran into the ward and to another door! At 1 point i was even less than a metre from him! Again, phyr walked first, saw the lecturer not looking and i ran to another door again! Ran in the door, and quickly placed my bag in the ward. Told phyr to sign in for me and haha, this is why i called it the great escape. The lecturer actually had the attendance book with him. So he asked phyr where i was and said i was at the back of the ward and i must've forgotten to sign which he believed. He saw me and asked me why have i not sign the attendance book. My reply was "Oh ya, sorry" . Took the book and signed it at 6.55a.m. Haha. And just like that they thought i came at 7. Awesome. Couldn't have done it without my man Phyr.

Back to basics. I miss my short hair. Just got it cut a few hours ago. Okay no secrets, I printed out a photo of beckham which was taken recently and showed it to the barber and i'm freakingly satisfied. Raya's around the corner and I need it to be perfect. Woohoo and perfect it is. Back to work?

I hate working at geriatric(old patients) ward. Its not my thing. Its slow. Its boring. I crave. Fast paced. Action packed. Nursing. Okay. Why am I. Writing. This way. I'm currently at HPB/SHS for 2 days. Seeing kids cry getting their vaccines. And boy are the girls brave or what. A number of boys were crying either before or after their injection and not even a single girl cried. YES NONE. Don't get me started the location of the school. I live in Simei and the schools in Bukit Batok. How effing awesome. Lucky thing its 8a.m - 4 p.m. Okay shall I move on to Raya?

The raya mood is slowly but surely creeping up to me. And, suprisingly, i'm not looking forwards to the packets. I just want to have that 'big family' feeling and of course apologise to everyone for all my wrong doings(if there is lah :P). My room is looking awesome, awesome, awesome. I should've been an interior designer instead. -.-

Its 14 mins after 0200 hours. Hotel room's freezingly cold, parents snoring away and my legs are oh so tired. Sleeping soon, right after this post. Driving an auto car is an ease. Just took my dad's car for a few rounds at the basement. And boy it was it easy. I'm obsessed with driving. I don't know why. I always vision myself diving a Mini Cooper or a hatchback like a Golf Gti or wait, a cheaper alternative, a Suzuki Swift. Did i tell you my dream car is a Chevrolet Camaro? and i seem to think i'll be a natural at driving because my dad's a superb driver, like from the genes like that.

My dad is really an amazing driver. Considering the car he drives, Toyota Wish, he drives 140-170km/h on malaysian highways. and here's the best part. He's a great at overtaking. Like, he's doing it with not much effort. So cool and calm. And i just cant wait to try and drive on malaysian highways as well. I'm really really hoping i'll drive my classmates to KL in december. Well, this post is an amateur post. Crap. Read it if you want.

Feeling hungry? Try eating cereals! Oh, They are one of the best things that has ever happened to me. They're the reason why i'm 'tall and strong'. Heh. Humour aside, its freaking simple, delicious and guess what? Its healthy! The only downside is it is high in sodium. Eat it with low fat HL milk to make it even healthier!

This is the best meal to start your day off. My favourite cereal is Keloggs Coco Pops. Simply love them. There are few ways to varietise it such as eating frosties with sliced bananas and Coco pops with bananas too!

Things you need:
Milk (Low-Fat prefered!)

Spoon

Turn on the tap water to hot and let the tub fill.

Turn off the lights and gently get into the tub.
Lie back and relax while you listen to sooothing music.

I did this on a friday afternoon. Gosh, i hope none of my family members read this.
What i did was I filled it to the brim hot water and then added on some boiling water.
Turned on some slow songs and ahh soaked myself in for 30 mins.
I felt like a million bucks after showering that day.

Off to 'bootcamp'. For those of you wondering what it means, i'm going off to terangganu till sunday and i'll be living at a kampung. Its not my first time there. Its just that, no internet, no handphone, no dvds, no computers, scary toilets and scary environment. Coupled with me under the eye of my grandparents, i'm soo dead. But, i'm just looking forward to the wedding tomorrow and the trip to awana kijal for some water fun. I didnt want to go but I needed to go to get myself away from things. I've never watch any episodes until last week final 3 so basically i chose Kris Allen because Hasanah was supporting the favourite Adam Lambert and i always love supporting the underdog. Kris Allen deserved it and he is better in GENERAL.

Anyways, to those out there who has problems in relationships, i have this theory and its been proven countless of times. "What starts fast ends fast" and here's another quote for you. I'm turning legal soon. 17 years gone by so fast. Life is running soo nice for me. Alhamdullillah. My weight touched 65kg but i'm sure its gonna rise up to 67 after eating. I'm seeing a someone who's just simply understanding and wonderful in every way. I'm really really grateful to god for knowing her. Thanks boo for everything really. My baby cousin sang me a bday song in a video on facebook. I swear for a minute there i was speechless and almost to tears because no one have ever done that for me. I'm very sensitive i know. Family has been great. Friends have been great. All its left is for me to enjoy my final hour being 17 with my boo. Thanks guys for all the support.

And then, there was 6.
Last year, 8 guys were brought together by 3 guys, Izzat & Ibnu & Gariel. From there, Phyr joined them followed by Jun Yong, me, Han Xiang and finally Azirwan. So, these 8 guys, we called ourselves Lollipoppers. We like sucking so yeah. So as year 1 progresses, our 'bond' got stronger. Now, the reason why i'm writing this post is, 1 year on, there were 6 left and out of them, only 3 passed all modules meaning we will go to all lectures together while the rest will have a different class. For some reasons, we all felt the impact when izzat quit. He aways had a presence when he was with us. Last week was his birthday and so we sang him a bday song today in his final lecture. Outside, after singing, he cried, and i bet some of us were almost to tears. To lose a great friend is always sad. But we all vowed to keep in contact with him. So anyways, this is life. The staff at bedok polyclinic --> Magnifique.
Really, they are such wonderful people. And I can finally say that attachment at the polyclinic is better than hospital. Because, in the polyclinic, you get to see specific stuff when you go from room to room whereelse in the hospital, its general, a little bit of this, that , this and that. And I was afraid to be 'alone' during the attachment because i knew nobody there! But, i met 3 great people. John Paul, Eunice and Maisarah. Eunice was great! I partnered her in 3 of the 5 days and she was fun. You rweally get to see all kinds of wound in the dressing room man. Some are really really sick and some you just cannot imagine. Imagine a hole in your shoulder area just below the deltoid. A big hole where you can put in an iphone in. So, today was the last day, It was kinda sad lah saying goodbye to the staffs. They have been so so great to us. Oh ya, the called me Taufik Batisah because i looked like him thanks to my new hairstyle. Haha.

My third IT show was acceptable. Sold 28 laptops from the show over 4 days. A far cry from 52 from my first show. Nevertherless, i still expect to pocket in $350++ over the 4 days. Met someone and not gonna say who.

An update on my weight. I've lost that little bit of spark and motivation but i'll sort it out soon. Its on 70 currently and losing another 5 is an uphil task because i've lost most of the unwanted fats. Plus, i'm working weights too so muscles increases weight. But, a fact i cannot deny is that my stamina has improve dastrically. I ran 2.8km without stopping even once in 16 minutes. Its all about mind endurance. Think positive, not negatively.

Results wasn't that good and it wasn't too bad either for my standards lah. So, i need to improve next sem. Failed bio and my subpaper is this monday. Met phyr, izzat and hanxiang today and phyr said i looked like a mat. Not too sure if its true.

Haha. Been watching That '70s show and I watched the final episode last night. Damn it was fucking sad. Urggh. Great show people honestly. Every actor and actress cried reading the script for the final episode and the final shooting. And especially in the final tape-off. It was like damn deep emotions man. Wilmer Valderrama & Ashton Kutcher started out their careers there man. There were crying so much. I cried too. You would too if you watched each and every episode.

Okay. Yay! I finally get to write this after losing 10kg. My tips on losing weight the RIGHT way.

1. Eat healthily. Stop eating chocolate, soft drinks, ICE CREAM. You can have em twice a month but in moderation. Have that discipline in you.

2. Exercise honey! Aerobically. Running is the best way.

3. Don't just exercise, do it consistently. You're not gonna get anything by doing it once a week.

4. Never skip breakfast. Eat 6/5 small meals a day. Think of your stomach as a fireplace, you need fire to keep it burning. If you do that, your fats gets burn faster. When you exercise, your 'fireplace' burns alot! So, keep putting in food every 3/4 hourly or so to keep it high.

5. Get the right music when running. Here's a sample of my playlist when i'm running.

->Beat It - Fall Out Boys

6.You must LOVE running, don't just run for the sake of losing weight. IF you love running, you'll be losing weight in no time.

7. Do this, when I run, i'll see a lamp post 400 metres away, i'll run to it, walk for 10-20 seconds, and run to your next object. Keep doing that and walah! You'll run 2 km without even noticing it.

8. Ah yes. My favourite rule. I sleep at 12 to 3 am most of the time. Strictly no CARBS food after 9pm.

9. Keep your motivation high! You have to tell people that you're exercising so they expect a result from you. Once they see the results, the compliments will be music to your ears and it will even motivate you to lose more weight. Also, lets say, you can't fit into these jeans, exercise till you can fit into them!

10. Drink plenty of plain water! Drink orange juice after exercising so you'll have enough energy till the end of the day.

Okay, never have I seen so many rappers/hip hoppers in my entire life. Taken at an event where Phyr performed. They're having a breakdancing battle in the middle of the pic.

I'm so 'glad' with myself for travelling all the way to Chua Chu Kang only to miss phyr's performance. Nevertherless, i get to experience a rappers/hip hoppers event. Finally got to meet up with phyr's Afterlife crew and they're kinda nice. I was kinda uncomfortable with so many rappers/hip hoppers in the event hall. But phyr was there so okay lah. The event was entertaining with the battles and everything.

After eating the ice-cream, i felt really really guilty eating everything. So, today will be my extreme work-out day. Getting those fats from yesterday off. Thanks to those who complimented me about my weight loss, i appreciate it. I'm officially 10kg lighter than when I was in late november. Whee. If i can do it, so can you. Finally, i get to experience winning on the field. The madrasah I attend to once a month(i wanna say monthly but that could be twice a month) won against a group who plays together week-in week-out. And boy was it tight. 2-1and i finally proved to myself that I can play soccer in a field. That was my 3rd time in the past 12 months? It requires much much more stamina than you think. Anyways, believe it or not, yesterday was the first time in my life that I studied for more than 10 hours in a day, and boy was I tired at the end of the day. Reached school at 12pm and studied all the way till 8pm with breaks in the middle of course which combines up to an hour. Reached home at 9.30pm, wash up and back to the books at 11pm. Another 3 hours of mugging got me asleep only at 2. Well, i've never studied so much for an exam before and by far, this is the first time i've really comitted my time to studying. And this is one of the time that i can say the word "stress" that has rarely been used when in poly.

What a low-key start to the new year. I haven't had anything much to do but it will all start in 2 days time. Thursday will be the open house and my psychology presentation. Next week will be a hell of a week. I have my Chinese ICA followed by health assessment practical and bio practical. Phew. To tell you honestly, I can't wait for week 14 to end.

I'm laying down the facts here to those who've been keeping track with my blog. I've lost 6 Kg. Its ups and downs right now but my cardio exercise is still there. Running, swimming, soccer and sauna at least 4 times a week. Honestly, i feel fitter, stronger and faster.

Friends? I don't know. Everyone i know seems to be busy with their partners. I'm not saying anything but, i just miss all the great times we had last semester. Movies every friday, starbucks, study groups. Ahh heck.
